Steven “The Butcher” Gilardi

  • Born: Westerville, Ohio

  • Resides: Mount Vernon, Ohio

  • Hobbies: Anything to do with raising, sourcing, and butchering meat.

Steven was born in Westerville, Ohio on December 7, 1990 to Steven and Brenda Gilardi. Keeping with family tradition he worked in the family business, Lanning’s Foods.

From a very young age he learned the value of hard work from his dad, he learned to cut hanging beef from some of the best butchers in Mount Vernon while working at Lanning’s, and he learned to source local meats from his Uncle Sam.

Steven knows how to play hard, as well as to work hard. Steven caught the need for speed at a young age from his father who always had a muscle car in the garage. He made his first pass at Pace Makers at just 18 years of age, after saving up for years to purchase his sport bike.

He may be young, but don’t count him out of the race. He plans to butcher the competition and his dedication and perseverance will have him in the winner’s circle.

He would talk about his illegal street racing career on the backroads of Knox County, but the statute of limitations hasn’t expired like it has for most of the other “more mature” drivers!
